    From what I am hearing, they are starting to say that Tory Lanez is innocent. Some people are coming forward and saying that he is innocent.

    1:40 PM PT -- A rep for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation confirms to TMZ ... Tory Lanez was attacked by another prisoner in a housing unit at California Correctional Institution (CCI) in Tehachapi around 7:20 this morning.
