Woman Claims She Was Denied Service At A Restaurant Because She Was With A 'Non-Tipping' Friend.
I never understood not leaving a tip for waiters. I usually always leave a generous tip when I go to eat out. Unfortunately, black people are known not to tip. Why? I don't know.
