Hmmm...I wonder why Ryan Garcia would do this. Hmmm...This takes me back to the days of Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao. Pacquiao wouldn't get VADA testing for years. I am here to tell you, sometimes, I miss the era of Floyd Mayweather Jr. He was a damn awesome fighter. Devin Haney may do better if they have a rematch. However, in the first fight, Haney got schooled bruh. If they do fight, I will be rooting for Haney.
