I wonder what is it with the Japanese having problems reproducing. What is the issue? Is it lack of attraction between the two genders. I also read somewhere that Black American women's fertility rates are lower than White women's. That's no surprise to me, look at the gender war between black men and women? Not to mention, they have almost 2 million more children than Black men, many of them are by men of other races.
