  • Why Americans aren't buying cars anymore.

I am surprised that sedans only make up 19% of the cars being purchased; while SUVs make up 58% of the vehicles being purchased. With the advent of electric vehicles, it's going to get to the point where gas-powered vehicles won't be purchased at all.

Why Americans aren't buying cars anymore

It must be the economy. Even though things have gotten well in the United States from what I'm seeing in Canada. There are some issues relating to buyer influence. When it comes to cars that's exactly the point. I think it's because dealer markups are not helping or anyone who's a new car buyer, But people who purchase their vehicles online like Tesla and rivian or other car companies give a better opportunity for the car buyer experience. That's just my take.
