The U.S. workforce is still remarkably gendered, with women shut out of the highest-paying jobs.
Well, what do they expect? I am sure many women CHOOSE which fields that they want to go in. Of course construction is 99% male dominated; while skin care is female-dominated. I don't think that women want to choose those hard-labor jobs.
