I see that California is trying to take a step in the right direction when it comes to racism in this state. I must admit California is ground zero when it comes to changes being made in this country. Things usually start in California, and spread eastward. I wonder how will the reparations debate go in this state? Will we get it?

I agree. California laws are for the citizens especially the disenfranchised ones.
