I really don't understand what causes people to be racist towards blacks, to the point where they sabotage themselves in the process. People will risk their whole livelihood just to be racist towards black people. You can imagine how bad things were before the advent of social media. Imagine all of the racist things whites and other races were allowed to get away with when it comes to racist actions against blacks. However, it is starting to prove to be very costly to be racist out here these days.
