They voted in favor of a law that will allow the execution of Americans who were wrongfully convicted due to ineffective legal counsel, even in light of new evidence. Man, this country is going backwards.

Know this: Yesterday the U.S. Supreme Court ruled it is perfectly Constitutional to imprison and execute people, *even those who have evidence of their innocence & inadequate counsel.* Not just that: They ruled the Constitution prohibits even evidentiary hearings to look into it.

Wow, just wow. I'm seriously forming an exit strategy from this damn country. Like that dude in the video said, black and brown people will of course be on the receiving end of this ruling.
